NVQ Success for Belong team

Teams at our Belong Wigan and Belong Macclesfield villages celebrated their success in receiving Certificates for Outstanding Achievement under the NVQ scheme recently.
The awards were presented at a ceremony held at the Civic Hall in Nantwich.
Tracy Paine, Operations Director (pictured centre), said that the charity’s in-house training programme was a key part of the team’s success.
“Being dedicated to your job and having a caring attitude are essential qualities but they need to be backed by technical excellence and ability and that is what our training scheme gives us”, she said.
