Top Manager joins Belong Warrington for summer opening

Phil Caine has been appointed to the position of Support Manager at Belong Warrington, our state-of-the-art care village due to open on Loushers Lane in the summer. As the Registered Manager for the village, Phil who has extensive dementia and care home management experience, will be responsible for overseeing care practice within the 12-bedroom specialist households, providing care and support for up to 72 individuals.
With over 20 years' experience of providing care and support for older people, Phil joins Belong from his role as Home Manager at CLS care home, The Laurels, in Winsford, a position that he had held since 2007. The Belong team will benefit from Phil's strong leadership and wealth of knowledge to provide better care and support for older people, particularly those living with dementia.
Janine Curwell, General Manager of Belong Warrington, said: "Phil has all the drive, passion and enthusiasm that I know we'll need for the opening of Belong Warrington. His commitment to staff development, his honesty and his integrity enable him to offer the best support to the management team that I'm assembling, and this, in turn, will allow us to give our customers the highest standard of care."
