Angela McEwan - Belong Wigan - Bistro & Catering Manager

Angela is a fully qualified chef and has been in the catering industry for over thirty years. She has extensive experience in all aspects of catering, from school food provisions, to five-star fine dining. Angela’s career in catering started in the Lake District as a Commis Chef, where she progressed to Chef de Partie and later to the role of Development Chef for Wigan Council. Angela joined the bistro team at Belong Wigan in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing all of the catering within the village, she also manages special dietary requirements and delivers Dysphasia training to colleagues. Angela has also received an ‘Innovation Award’ for her work.
