A dedicated workforce
Belong is a values-driven organisation, and all our teams are trained in person-centred approaches to care and encouraged to become Belong 'champions', giving 110% to their work. In turn, employees are given extensive support and training, with on-site practice development facilitators providing regular observation and feedback to delivery and identify on-the-job and formal training opportunities.
