Belong is a values driven organisation and our values have been developed in close collaboration with our people to help us achieve our vision of supporting older people to live their own lives through the creation of vibrant village communities.
What does this mean in practice?
First and foremost, that all of us working in Belong have a set of beliefs or values that put people at the heart of everything we do.
Because everyone is different, care can't just be a 'one size fits all' approach. Doing the same thing every day won't necessarily bring the same results.
That's why, although we believe that skills are very important and provide extensive training accordingly, it's even more crucial that we understand the essence of what we are here for and uphold our ideals in everything we do.

We aim to be 'true' in our work, both in the sense of being dilligent and conscientious, and also ready to speak out when something is not right.
