Work is well underway at Belong Birkdale in Southport, our latest £16 million state-of-the-art development due to open autumn 2019.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational General Manager, with the experience, the drive, efficiency and enthusiasm, to be involved from the onset to open the village and establish it as a high quality service.

As the village General Manager you will be:
- Commercially astute with the ability to maximise the financial performance of the village
- - Compassionate, with the expertise to recruit, lead, motivate and develop competent, skilled and customer focused teams that work in accordance with the Belong values and achieve impressive results
- - Customer focussed with the passion to meet the needs and expectations of the Belong community, assuring consistent customer satisfaction
- - Responsible for ensuring that the village meets legislative, regulatory and Belong standards as well as creating and maintaining a safe and effective operating environment
