We have an opportunity for a Practice Development Facilitator with the experience, efficiency and enthusiasm to provide comprehensive training and development for colleagues throughout their careers in Belong. This role will assist our teams to develop into highly motivated, highly skilled and customer-focused people who enable us to exceed all expectations
As Practice Development Facilitator you will:
- provide an effective training and development function to enable the Belong vision, designing and delivering workshops and ensuring that learning is followed through into practice by coaching colleagues
- facilitate the acquisition of the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies of colleagues to support the delivery of bespoke, person-centred care
- identify areas for service improvement and practice development, and identify and deliver appropriate actions including relevant individual and team development interventions
