Support Worker Nights
It’s all about offering support for life within a vibrant community, where care can be provided but an individual’s needs and lifestyle can continue to be enjoyed. A place our customers can call ‘home’ and relationships between our customers and support workers blossom. Our staff, customers and families work together to create purpose and meaning to the day where there is a feeling of security and experience, a sense of Belonging.
You will be providing support to individuals, including those living with dementia, ensuring that Belong's high standards of care and values are upheld in everything we do. Encouraging independence to customers with everyday living skills, whilst retaining a duty of care for their wellbeing.
There will be no such thing as a typical day for the support worker who is willing to go that ‘extra mile’. As well as being a truly caring person, you will need to be friendly and enthusiastic, prepared to experiment and find different ways of doing things and always act as a professional.
There are a number of opportunities for support workers at various levels, whether starting our your career as an assistant support worker, or looking to develop your career in a more senior role: so if you have a passion to care and always place the customer at the hearth of everything you do, we’d like to hear from you.
Belong has excellent learning and development opportunities in place to help you do so, plus a range of attractive benefits.
