Village Nurse Manager job description
If you are a Nurse Manager with innovative ideas, sound leadership and a passion for ensuring excellent customer service, choice and independence for older people, then we have a fabulous opportunity for you!
Reporting to the Village Support Manager you will be providing leadership for the nursing team, guiding support teams and working in partnership with health professionals to ensure physical, emotional and social support for customers living in the Belong community. You will be:
- Expert in clinical leadership; providing assessment, advice and care for customers with a range of medical conditions; trialling new concepts, models, methods and practices which provide continuous improvement to meet changing needs
- Compassionate; developing positive relationships with health professionals, families and colleagues to ensure collaborative working
- Customer focussed with the expertise to recruit, coach, develop and manage nursing and care teams, to ensure excellent support and skills are provided
Working on nursing shifts including, evenings and weekends, and offering out of hours support as a member of the management team.
