Carolyn Ball - Belong Didsbury - General Manager

An experienced leader, Carolyn brings with her six years' Belong management expertise, including the last two years as front of house manager at the Didsbury village, since its opening in 2017.

Notably, she was influential in the set-up of both Belong Morris Feinmann and Belong Warrington, including recruitment and subsequent training and mentoring of colleagues, drawing on her HR and administration knowledge which she has developed since joining Belong Macclesfield, back in 2008.

As a result, Carolyn has acquired strong expertise in dementia care provision and having worked at numerous Belong sites, has built close relationships with customers and colleagues across the north west, enabling her to bring a wealth of competence to the general manager role.
