Jane joined the Belong at Home team in 2018 and has made improvements to the service during that time.Having progressed within the organisation, from the role of Community Support Worker, to Senior Community Support Worker, before being appointed to the role of Area Manager in January 2020.

Jane brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. Jane has previously worked in marketing and has experience in leading teams and performance management. Jane has worked and lived in both South Africa and America and returned to the UK in 2015 after living most of her life abroad.
