Vicky Smith was appointed to the role of Practice Development Facilitator (PDF) early 2022 and is responsible for training across the village. The promotion comes after a successful career with Belong over the past decade, which has seen her work her way up from her initial post as Support Worker. Her achievement is testament to her drive and dedication, as well as Belong’s commitment to supporting colleagues’ personal and professional development.
