"My dad moved into a household a few months ago. He is well looked after, from the meals he receives to the daily help he requires. The staff are all friendly and supportive. Activities and regular exercise are on offer if you want to join in. Dad has flourished here and in his own words, nowhere could beat it and he couldn't be looked after any better. The rooms and furniture are all modern and bright but with a homely feel. The residents interact with the children's nursery which is on-site and it makes my dad's day as the children all know him by name."

"My husband has been in Belong Chester nursing home since the 7th of September. I can only praise the home. We were made very welcome on arrival and every time we visit. The staff are very kind and nothing seems too much for them to make my husband safe and happy. Plenty of lovely food and facilities are next to none, and plenty of entertainment to keep my husband occupied. Belong Chester is a lovely home. I know my husband is being well looked after and he is very happy here."

"Mum moved to Belong Chester this month from another care home and she has been made to feel very welcome to the household and the other residents. Belong is very well equipped and has super facilities on offer, and the household is warm and friendly. It is in a great location on City Road, right on the canal, so plenty of opportunity for people watching from the balcony. The staff and management team have all been great - flexible and really easy to talk to and work with, and they take time for Mum on an individual level (as well as group activities), including taking her out for walks and shopping when they can."

"Mum has been a household resident for a month now. The staff have taken care to get to know her likes and preferences so that they can help her to feel settled, safe and at home. The facilities are just outstanding, and the whole staff team are friendly, enthusiastic and great at their jobs."
