Rachel Stanway - Belong Chester - Practice Development Facilitator

Rachel Stanway has been recruited to the post of Practice Development Facilitator (PDF) for Belong Chester, joining us from Cheshire College South & West, where she was the Work Based Learning Lead for Health & Education.

During this time, she worked with Belong’s PDF team to monitor progress and support our colleagues on work-based Diplomas and Apprenticeships. As well as bringing many years' experience working within the wider Health & Social Care sector, Rachel therefore also has experience of Belong’s ethos and values from her role as a Health & Social Care Assessor.

She was inspired to join our PDF team by the outstanding care and support she witnessed within Belong for customers and colleagues, and she looks forward to playing a key role in the set-up of Belong Chester as we prepare the new village team for opening and beyond.
