We also offer support with administering medication. As part of your assessment, we will discuss your needs and what will be included in your care package. Our team will also help with any practical assistance, such as ordering medication online or arranging a healthcare appointment.
We understand that keeping on top of household tasks can be daunting.
Our colleagues can assist with cleaning, changing bed linen and laundry, as well as preparing meals.
Additionally, your support team can help with the practical arrangements that keep life running. These include placing online shopping and medication orders, arranging appointments and helping you access GP consultations by phone or online. We can also support you with technology, such as setting up video calls with family.
A regular visit can be something to look forward to.
Sometimes that means a conversation over a cup of tea, catching up on the news or having someone who will listen. We make companionship part of our support, with time to build a relationship and enjoy each other’s company.
If you would like someone alongside you outside the home, we can accompany you on journeys such as shopping trips, errands and appointments, and even just a short outing or walk around the garden. Having support with these everyday activities can help you remain connected to the places and people you know.
You can also enjoy access to your local Belong village. Depending on the location, this might include visiting the bistro or hair salon, joining activities and events, or exploring exercise sessions with specialist support. Your local team can explain the options and any separate charges.
