Belong Birkdale will provide a range of services and housing options to meet people’s aspirations and needs as they change through later life.
These include 30 independent living apartments, now available to reserve off-plan.
For those with more intensive support needs, six homely households will provide residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 12 residents in each one will be available when the village opens later this year. Every resident has their own spacious en-suite facilities which lead onto shared, open plan living, kitchen and dining facilities within the household.
Our award-winning home care service, Belong at Home Southport, also launched at the end of 2025, and is now operating locally, expanding steadily to support people living in the Southport area. This enables customers to enjoy Belong’s high-quality care in their own homes, supporting independence while remaining part of the wider community.
