Being included amongst the North West’s top 20 home care groups is an accomplishment, and to make the list two years running is cause for real celebration for Belong at Home Warrington, which has achieved a score of 9.9 out of 10 from online reviews site, homecare.co.uk for the second consecutive year.
Belong at Home Warrington achieved inclusion in the top 20 courtesy of reviews posted by care customers and relatives engaged in the services, seeing the home care group score five stars in all the following categories: overall standard, staff, care/support, management, treated with dignity and value for money.
Belong at Home services operate from Belong’s care villages across the North West, in Atherton, Crewe, Didsbury, Macclesfield, Wigan and Warrington and this year have seen further success for the Belong at Home group, who made the national list for the Top 20 home care groups in the UK with a review score of 9.4.
Belong at Home stands out from other home care providers for its bespoke person-centred approach and its specialist expertise in supporting people living with dementia.
Belong at Home Warrington area manager, Andrew Shield, commented: “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so to be recognised as one of the North West’s Top 20 home care providers, based purely on their reviews, means the world to us. It’s also real credit to the commitment of our people in providing the highest standard of home care services.”
