Belong appoints rising star

Social care’s rising star, 27-year-old Chloe Wynn, who has been recognised regionally for her expertise in dementia care, has been appointed support manager at leading Didsbury village, Belong Morris Feinmann.
Chloe will be responsible for managing the village’s specialist ‘household teams’, ensuring they provide the highest standards of nursing and dementia care 24-hours a day.
Since starting her career with Belong in 2011, Chloe has been shortlisted twice at the prestigious Great North West Care Awards and has completed qualifications in leadership, health and social care to rise through the ranks from household assistant to lead senior support worker across the operator’s various village locations.
Commenting on her recent appointment to support manager, Chloe said: “I’m delighted to be leading the household teams at Belong Morris Feinmann. I have gained a wealth of experience during my time with the organisation and I look forward to putting this into practice to support the village with its provision of excellent customer care.
“Our vibrant village community is a special place for both our residents to live and our teams to work, and I’m so proud to be playing a key part in its development - I can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds.”
Belong Morris Feinmann comprises 13 self-contained apartments for independent living and six households opening onto a private lounge, dining room and kitchen areas. Other village facilities include, a bistro, Synagogue, exercise studio and library.
