A highly experienced care leader, Rebecca has unswerving commitment to supporting customers to enjoy wellbeing, connection and high quality care. She is a true dementia champion and has been involved in the vision to ensure Belong villages are places where everyone can live life to the full.

Rebecca joined Belong’s executive board in 2025, having been promoted from Group Operations Manager. Highly experienced, she has worked for the organisation for over 20 years, having previously held the roles of general manager and registered manager at the group’s Atherton and Wigan villages, respectively. During her tenure, she played a key role in leading both services to achieve and retain CQC Outstanding ratings, a distinction earned by only 4% of adult social care settings in England.

She has also been instrumental in the opening of new villages and in the development of the household and wider village model, making her ideally placed to support the organisation’s ongoing expansion.
