Tony Bristlin - Vice Chair and Chair of Audit Committee

Tony brings strong accounting and audit expertise to Belong, with an impressive track record in both the public and private sectors.

He combines board level experience, gained as Head of Internal Audit & Risk at a global FTSE 250 plc, with his current role as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of an NHS Trust. While member of the trustee board, he had oversight of £500m assets in the group’s pension scheme.

Tony also worked overseas at multi-national companies for a number of years, leading global projects with multiple stakeholders. His experience spans change management, finance transformation, major company integrations, divestments and global consolidation.

He is a strong advocate for Belong’s village model and promoting approaches to care that are focused on meeting individual needs.
