Belong Morris Feinmann has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards 2018.
The village has gained two nominations in the Best Inclusive Building and the Best High Volume New Housing Development categories. Belong is no stranger to awards, having previously won the LABC Best Inclusive Building Award in 2015 for Belong Warrington.
Earlier this year Pozzoni Architecture, the design practice for Belong villages, received a nomination for Architect of the Year in the Insider Residential Property Awards for its work on Belong Morris Feinmann.
Tracy Paine, deputy chief executive of Belong, said: “We are absolutely delighted to see our villages being shortlisted for the LABC awards because design is such a critical factor when creating environments that are not only functional from the care perspective, but also have a real sense of home and community. Developing multi functional spaces that work for our customers and add value to the community is not easy, but we have an exceptional design team that works with us to ensure that our villages are tailored for their landscape.”
