What to write
Your nomination should address the criteria relevant to the nomination category and could include reference to the following:
How they live the Belong values (teamwork, compassion, respect, honesty and putting the customer at the heart of all that we do) - you don’t need to cover all of these but showing how colleagues work in line with the organisation’s values will help your case
How they provide outstanding support to our customers
Ways in which they make Belong a great place to work
Real examples of things they have done that show their work ethic, values or personal qualities that make them stand out (rather than just stating that they have them)
