What to write

Your nomination should address the criteria relevant to the nomination category and could include reference to the following:

  • How they live the Belong values (teamwork, compassion, respect, honesty and putting the customer at the heart of all that we do) - you don’t need to cover all of these but showing how colleagues work in line with the organisation’s values will help your case

  • How they provide outstanding support to our customers

  • Ways in which they make Belong a great place to work

  • Real examples of things they have done that show their work ethic, values or personal qualities that make them stand out (rather than just stating that they have them)
