Sharon Bull - Belong Crewe - Practice Development Facilitator

Sharon has a wealth of experience and knowledge, having joined the CLS Group in 1985 as a Care Assistant she developed various roles including Supervisor, Registered Care Manager, Locality Trainer and Experience Coordinator across many locations. 

Sharon is a shining example of how, as an organisation, we like to ‘grow our own’.

Sharon joined Belong Crewe in 2010 as Practice Development Facilitator and was a key member of the Village Management Team, instrumental in the opening and set up of the new village.
