Alex Davies - Belong Morris Feinmann, Didsbury - Exercise Specialist

Alex Davies is an Exercise Specialist based at Belong Morris Feinmann, Didsbury. Alex joined Belong in April 2024 and works full-time within the village, delivering tailored exercise programmes to support residents’ health, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Alex has worked as a personal trainer since 2017, specialising in strength and conditioning, before transitioning into clinical exercise in 2024. Alex holds a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification, alongside a Level 4 specialist qualification in obesity and diabetes.

Alex has developed a strong ability to support residents living with dementia, adapting sessions to meet individual cognitive and physical needs and creating a positive, engaging environment. Since starting at Belong, Alex has made a meaningful impact within the village, contributing to increased engagement in exercise sessions and promoting a more active, inclusive community.
