"My Dad has been at Belong since February 2022 and without doubt it was the best, albeit difficult, decision I have ever had to make with respect to my Dad's care. The staff on his household have been fantastic in everyway and they genuine care about him. My Dad is well known across the village and all staff including managers take time to check in with him and make sure he is ok. Dad is now receiving nursing care and the nursing team are very professional and have upskilled to help administer his ongoing medical needs. Dad is encouraged to attend many social activities and his regular attendance at on-site gym sessions does wonders for his physical and mental wellbeing. I am kept advised of all aspects of his care which is both reassuring and takes away a lot of pressure for me and my family."
