Today we are incredibly proud of our amazing Belong Champions who took on Snowdon to raise money for our wonderful residents ❤️🗻🏔️

The money raised will help support our residents to continue living meaningful and fulfilled lives, as well as help us build and create our dementia garden thoughtfully planned alongside our residents. 🌿

A huge thank you to David for bringing together such a fantastic team, and to everyone who has supported and donated so far.

Well done to you all through rain, snow, and shine you showed true determination and AMAZING teamwork! 👏
