Helen Marsden - Belong Macclesfield - Support Manager

Helen is passionate about providing the best care to customers. Her career with Belong began after leaving school, nearly 20 years ago, initially with CLS Care Services before moving to Belong's flagship village in Macclesfield when it opened in 2007.

Helen has worked as a support worker and lead senior support worker, before progressing to the role of Support Manager at Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme in 2020. She has achieved a Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and has recently completed qualifications in Leadership, Health and Social Care. More recently Helen moved back to into the role of Support Manager at Belong Macclesfield.
