With over 40 years’ experience across hospitality, recruitment and care, Steve brings a strong people-focused approach to the Front of House Manager role. His background includes growing Search Healthcare from a four-person team to 20 colleagues, alongside extensive experience in pubs, restaurants, golf clubs and hospitality recruitment. Having supported his father through his journey with mental health challenges, nursing and dementia care, he has a personal understanding of the importance of compassionate, high-quality care. Outside work, Steve enjoys golf, cycling and spending time with his wife, two daughters and rescue dog, Flump.
