'This may not be easy to read but it is so important that when a resident dies the family are supported and cared for, if this is what they'd like. My mother-in-law died in her sleep so we weren't there to say goodbye but we came to Belong on hearing this sad news. And we were looked after so well. One member of staff told us about the two days since we'd seen her, made us mugs of tea and waited with us until the funeral director came. We felt held and comforted and I want to thank Belong for this.'
