Our very own Angela McEwan, Bistro & Catering Manager recently attended a National Association of Care Catering (NACC) event and managed to take home a prize! 🍳🧑🍳
Attending with The IDDSI Guy, Angela and other delegates were challenged to create the best looking dish and she took the crown!
The IDDSI Guy is a dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) training provider that has been set up to provide practical hands-on training for anyone that prepares and serves modified food and drinks, especially care operators and those working with older people.
