Catherine Donnelly - Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme - Practice Development Facilitator

Catherine transferred to Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme from Belong Crewe, joining the team here as a Senior Support Worker. She was quickly promoted to a lead role and, over the next two years, was instrumental in developing a high performing team around her. 

The experience she gained as Lead Senior Support Worker gave her a full and in-depth understanding of the expectation and responsibilities within all areas of each department and, since being successful in her application for the PDF post in March 2022, she has excelled in this role.
