Mark brings extensive experience in catering services to the Belong Newcastle Bistro, an integral part of our village. He is responsbile for developing the bistro and catering team to provide our customers with experiences that are memorable for all the right reasons. Mark will use his skills to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and catering services within the village and most importantly for producing food that is delicious as well as nutritious and attractively presented.
