Lisa was previously Lead Senior Support Worker, joining the organisation with a wealth of skills and knowledge acquired during her career in domiciliary care.
Demonstrating Belong’s values in her work, as well as a full understanding of the regulatory elements of the role, Lisa was promoted to the Assistant Support Manager position and has successfully completed her level 5 diploma to support her in the next stage of her Belong journey.
