Nicky is responsbile for developing the bistro and catering team to provide our customers with experiences that are memorable for all the right reasons. Nicky uses his skills to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and catering services within the village and most importantly for producing food that is delicious as well as nutritious and attractively presented.
