Olivia Wilkinson - Belong Warrington - Support Manager
Olivia was previously Lead Senior Support Worker at Belong’s care village in Atherton, which is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. She then moved to Belong Warrington, supporting the management team with all aspects of governance, prior to being appointed to the role of Assistant Support Manager in early 2023. Nine months later, she was promoted to Support Manager, on the basis of the quality improvements seen at the village and her empathetic approach towards colleagues and customers.
