Penny Mottram - Belong Warrington - Practice Development Facilitator
Penny has worked in the care sector for over 20 years. She first joined the organisation as care assistant, before progressing into the role of Peripatetic Assessor and Internal Verifier in Health and Social Care diplomas, working within our central training team. She also worked as a Locality Trainer, delivering mandatory training, coaching and individual training sessions at various locations.
Penny later developed into the role of Lead Trainer, with responsibility for delivering training to 18 care homes before joining the Belong team in June 2019.
