"The Belong household is warm and welcoming and the full time staff show genuine kindness and affection to the residents, they are friendly and very kind (some staff apply nail varnish and makeup to the residents which is a really appreciated!). Having the nursery on site is definitely an added bonus and the inter generational activities are delightful! We all love going to the bistro, the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable! There are regular Village/ household meetings which gives families and friends opportunities to raise any issues they may be concerned about .. .. these are listened to and acted upon which is very reassuring!"
