"Nicola Hewitt had a meeting with my siblings & myself, she thoroughly explained the personal care plan which herself & her team would adhere to going forward looking after our dad. They were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Dad was incredibly looked after as one of their own. Unfortunately dad had to go into a care home.
We as a family can't thank the staff enough, they went above & beyond in looking after dad. They were polite, courteous, attentive & appreciated dad's needs at all times. They deserve the highest praise in their approach at attending to all his needs. They're a wonderful team lead by Nicola & I'd recommend them to anybody. We miss you all, thank you xxxx"
