Yesterday, Louise, our Experience Day Coordinator, attended the annual NAPA (National Activities Providers Association) Conference in Liverpool ✨
With this year’s theme being The Year of Culture, there really was no better place to host it than such a vibrant and creative city!
The day was full of inspiration, with fantastic guest speakers and stalls throughout. One real highlight was hearing from a care home provider in Japan, who shared insights into care homes there and the importance of culture in everyday care. There was also plenty of joy, music and movement, including traditional Indian dancing from Balbir Singh and beautiful singing from Spilt Milk 🎶💃
It was a fun, uplifting and engaging day, and Louise has come back full of ideas and inspiration that she’s excited to explore and bring into our village 🌈
